Our Process

No matter what type of project you are looking to do, it all starts with a plan. You may provide us with measurements, your own sketch, cabinet layout, architectural drawings, or you may have one of us meet you on site for a consultation. Once you decide on a surface, we will provide you with a straight forward estimate.

We offer same-day removal of your old countertops and can refer plumbing contractors to simplify your experience. Be sure to discuss the special needs of your project with our staff. Once you decide to purchase, we will discuss your scheduling needs. We will contact you within a couple of days of purchase to schedule an appointment. Appointments are always during business hours Monday through Friday. If you need to re-schedule, please let us know one business day prior to cancellation.

We field measure, or construct a template of your future countertop. In order to ensure accuracy, we ask that the following items be met:

Cabinets are installed, finished and level.
Walls are finished where countertops will be secured.
Sinks and faucets are on site, or delivered to our shop.
Supports such as corbels are installed, or on site for our templator to discuss and review options for install.
A decision maker is present to verify and sign off on all project details.

Our standard lead time from template to install is approximately 14 business days, but we understand that some projects require a shorter lead time. Please discuss your special needs with us so we can get your countertops with the least amount of inconvenience.

We will call you the business day prior to your installation to confirm the appointment and specify the range of time the install team will arrive at your home. Please be sure the access to the jobsite and work space is clear. Installation generally is complete within a couple of hours. Depending on the scope, some projects require multiple phases for template and install.
